INFRARED SUANA
Infrared Saunas offer this healing process in a therapeutic and enjoyable way that is not unbearably hot. By raising the body’s core temperature, infrared sauna detoxification occurs at the cellular level where pesky toxins take root. Recommended for ages 12+, but please consult your provider.
DETOX FOOT SOAK
The detox foot soak cleansing method works by submerging feet in a specified combination of warm, high-quality water + Himalayan salts + negative ions to gently draw out the positively charged toxins in the body through the bottom of your feet. Recommended for ages 5+, but please consult your provider.
ear + nose ozone insufflation
Ozone Insufflation refers to the process of administering ozone gas into the ears or nose. This localized therapy allows the ozone to target a specific tissue directly, it is non-invasive, promotes mitochondrial health, improves immune system function and more. Children must be able to safely hold their breath for 10-15 seconds in order to partake in the Nose Insufflation. All ages may partake in the Ear Insufflation. Please consult your provider first.
