FAQs: INFRARED SAUNA

  • Governed by varying ranges of infrared rays from near, mid, to far, each sauna program combines a unique combination of the three rays tailored to each program's focus: weight loss⁣, detoxification⁣, cardiovascular⁣, pain relief⁣, anti-aging⁣, or relaxation⁣.

  • Sauna sessions vary from 30-45 minutes dependent upon your choice of specialty.

  • We do not recommend partaking in the infrared sauna while you are knowingly pregnant. You may use our sauna while breastfeeding.

  • At least 1x/week to as often as daily.

  • Please arrive fully hydrated and bring water to drink while you relax in the sauna. Robes and towels will be provided as well as access to a shower post-sauna to rinse off the toxins.

  • You may wear as much or as little as you like.
