INFRARED SAUNA
They say sweat cures all, and there’s a reason for that. Sweat is the body’s natural way to detoxify and stay healthy. Infrared Saunas offer this healing process in a therapeutic and enjoyable way that is not unbearably hot.

TAKE CELLULAR HEALTH TO THE NEXT LEVEL
By raising the body’s core temperature, infrared sauna detoxification occurs and results in a deep sweat commencing at the cellular level where pesky toxins take root.
Within your session, you will choose which infrared setting best suits your needs from Detoxification, Relaxation, Anti-Aging, Cardiovascular, Weight Loss or Pain Relief.
For the optimal experience post-sauna, we provide a shower for a quick rinse off of all the toxins to prohibit re-entry.
