  • During the initial appointment, which typically lasts 90 minutes, we take the time to get to know you, your family history, medical history, symptoms, weight and dietary history, and your feelings about food and your body. After reviewing your food preferences, likes, dislikes, schedule, knowledge and skills, R+R will construct a plan to help you begin to develop a picture of your overall health and diet and helpful steps to help you reach your goals.

  • During the Nutrition + Lifestyle Consultation, we take the Initial Nutrition Consultation a step further. In this 2-hour appointment, we will spend time discussing lifestyle changes such as healthy swaps for personal care items, as well as ways to help promote detox, decrease inflammation, balance hormones, and more!

  • After your initial consultation, we may recommend 45 minute follow-up consultation(s) to review food logs and progress as well as various tests to help determine the amounts, types and timing of foods or other supplements your body may need, as well as continue to answer any questions you may have.

MEET THE NUTRITION TEAM

  • SARAH HENKLE

    REGISTERED DIETICIAN

    Sarah received her Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University… go Cats! She then completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center followed by an internship with the TCU Sports Nutrition Department. As she gradually kept making her way further south, Sarah realized she was quite cut out for the sunny Texas climate, and decided to stay put in Fort Worth… and we’re so glad she did!

    Clients include those who are looking to improve their overall health and receive guidance on nurturing their approach and relationship with food. Sarah also specializes in medically-related issues such as high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, food sensitivities, and gastrointestinal issues.

    Sarah spends her free time with her fiance, Ben, and she enjoys getting outside with her pup, Jim.

  • ADYSON KLINGENBERG, MS, RD, LD

    REGISTERED DIETICIAN

    Adyson graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with her Bachelor's degree in dietetics in 2017. She then earned her Masters of Science in Nutrition from Texas Women's University, where she completed her dietetic internship. Adyson spent 2 years working in the Gastroenterology and Endocrinology departments at Cook Children's Medical Center in Ft Worth. She enjoyed her work there and loves working with children, however after she got pregnant with her first child she realized her passion for helping women with functional nutrition. She uses a holistic approach and truly believes in the power of integrative care throughout the lifecycle. Adyson also enjoys her newest position as an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate nutrition courses at TCU. When Adyson isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her daughters and husband, cooking, and being outdoors.

  • DEVON STOCKTON, BSN, RN, MSNW, RWP3

    NURSE + FUNCTIONAL NUTRITIONIST

    Devon Stockton is a registered nurse turned functional nutritionist. Devon graduated from The University of Arizona with her Bachelor’s degree in nursing and served as an officer in the US Navy Nurse Corps for 5 years. She specialized in emergency room nursing which is what led her to a career in nutrition and wellness. After struggling with her own gut and hormone issues, Devon received her Masters in Nutrition from Bastyr University and became certified as a functional nutritionist through the Restorative Wellness Solutions program. Devon has completed 3 levels of functional training including gut health, hormone balance, and blood chemistry. Devon has always had a passion for helping people; especially when it comes to women’s health and hormones! She believes in the power of food as medicine and takes a root cause approach to help her clients achieve sustainable healing. When not working she loves spending time outside, with her husband and goldendoodle.
