  • Kate joins the R+R Integrative Medicine team with a passion for health and wellness dating all the way back to her time as a young girl observing the impact her nurse mother and food scientist father made on others’ lives. They taught Kate and her sisters about feeding their bodies with whole foods, avoiding environmental toxins, and the importance of movement and sleep.

After graduating from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Science, Kate started PA school at UNT Health Science Center in 2020. During clinical rotations, Kate saw just how broken the traditional medical model really is. This moment affirmed her desire to be a part of lasting change offered through Integrative Medicine. Kate graduated UNTHSC in 2023 with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and was certified as a Physician Assistant shortly thereafter. She dedicates her career to helping patients find the root cause of their illness and optimizing their healing through nutrition, movement, sleep, supplementation, spiritual and mental healing.

Kate lives in Fort Worth with her husband, Houston. Together they enjoy trying new restaurants around Fort Worth, and are both active in the local church. • Originally from Arizona, Lindsay enjoyed the California sunshine for ten years before moving to Texas in 2019 to pursue her passion for primary care pediatrics. She graduated as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of California Los Angeles in 2017, and after previously working in cardiology for much of her nursing career, she was ready for a change of pace and a change of scenery. This led her to Texas working as a PNP, and we’re so glad she’s here!

Lindsay was introduced to integrative medicine in her undergrad career while attending Loma Linda University School of Nursing. Loma Linda is one of a select, few locations where people live the longest and are the healthiest in the world! While living there, Lindsay realized that health was not only a product of traditional medicine, but a balance of lifestyle choices, spiritual health, and mental wellbeing. This lifestyle piqued her interest, and she was pushed further into integrative medicine when her own health journey came to a crashing halt. At this crossroads in her health journey, she began to intentionally prioritize her wellness through daily, foundational choices that foster balance in all things.

Keeping up with her toddler and baby girl are at the top of her list of pastimes to also include anything outdoors requiring a spirit of adventure. As both a mother and a provider, Lindsay cannot wait to serve you and your littles with the care and compassion they deserve!

Please note all pediatric appointments will take place our R+R Homestead located at 5001 Byers Avenue.

  • Robin Stone is a registered nurse with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from UT Austin. She started her career in nutrition working at rehab hospitals counseling patients on counting calories and following the ADA and recommended dietary guidelines, but she became frustrated with the system as people were not getting better. She went on to become an RN and worked cardiac IMC and Emergency medicine in Austin. Again she left the ER frustrated with traditional medical care and no talk of prevention. Robin found her happy place when she began working with a Functional Medicine Doctor. She saw first hand how a personalized approach to healthcare using food as medicine with other integrative and functional modalities leads to true healing!

Robin lives in San Antonio, TX with her husband and black lab Sturgill. They are empty nesters and enjoy traveling to see their two boys. Robin also loves practicing yoga, going to farmers markets, walking the river walk and bike riding.
