Since 2007, Makenzie has excelled in several areas of fitness as a personal trainer, bootcamp instructor, HIIT group trainer, CrossFit coach, head coach of kids’ health and fitness classes, spin instructor, and as a TRX group and personal trainer. In 2010, she furthered her love for yoga by completing the Core Power Yoga Certification in Denver, CO. Complimenting her love for fitness, Makenzie has her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Texas A&M University. In addition to her love for wellness and exercise, Makenzie enjoys working as an agent for Williams Trew Real Estate in Fort Worth and in her most important roles as wife and mom.

AVERY DALTON
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST, FOUNDER OF DALTON WELLNESS
Avery Dalton is an exercise physiologist and wellness expert and is the owner of Dalton Wellness Consulting, Inc. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Texas Christian University and has since called Fort Worth his home. Avery has furthered his education since graduating where he has gained credentials and knowledge in areas of injury prevention/corrective exercise, orthopedics, golf performance, and more. His focus is on helping his clients reach their health and wellness goals and reach their desired level of activity. He is dedicated in using his education and expertise to serve his community and is excited to be a part of Restore + Revive.

Kila Rennaker has been a part of the Fort Worth yoga and wellness scene for over a decade. She leads yoga retreats, teaches group yoga classes at Indigo Yoga, and works privately with clients in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Kila loves to help people live a healthy and toxin-free life using yoga, meditation, time spent in nature, and more! She loves to travel and has been all over the world. When not in yoga clothes or on her yoga mat, you can find her in cowboy boots and on horseback!

Miranda Jo Davis is an expert in the yoga world with over twenty years of experience. She owns PerfectFit Christian Yoga Teacher Training and infuses scripture to shape her teachings. Miranda is a biblical counselor in ministry, using God's word to implement heart change. She is the best-selling author of Christian Girl in the Yoga World and is featured in TV, radio, podcasts, and print as a leader in Mind/Body wellness.
Miranda’s teachings include Mat Pilates with Props, Rapha Yoga (Healing Yoga) and Sabbath Rest Yoga + Christian Meditation. She also offers Private Sessions in Christian Yoga, Pilates and Biblical Counsel/Mentoring upon request.
